- Where applicable, size sets are produced before production.
- Materials inspected.
- Pre production and critical path meetings are carried out for all order.
- All garments pieces are numbered for color continuity & color shading.
- Every garment is inspected in the sewing line.
- All garments are checked by metal detector machines.
- All safety instruments are provided to workers to avoid accidents.
- We follow AQL 2.5 for all orders.
- We restrict access to the finishing area to approved employees only.
- We maintain rejection reports & keep separate rejected garments from approved bulk.
