To ensure our merchandise is meeting our customers expectations across the entire production line.

• All patterns are checked against master patterns for accuracy to conform to the customer specifications.
• Where applicable, size sets are produced before production.
• Materials inspected.
• Pre production and critical path meetings are carried out for all order.
• All garments pieces are numbered for color continuity & color shading.
• Every garment is inspected in the sewing line.
• All garments are checked by metal detector machines.
• All safety instruments are provided to workers to avoid accidents.
• We follow AQL 2.5 for all orders.
• We restrict access to the finishing area to approved employees only.
• We maintain rejection reports & keep separate rejected garments from approved bulk.
